Is there a way to cover my pores?

Cosmetics

Acne has been completely removed and cleaned, but pores and bumps remain.

I heard that there is no answer even if I go to the dermatologist.

Is there a way to cover it with cosmetics?

I can't cover it with the foundation I'm using now, so it's not like a cushion.

By any chance   What should I do to cover uneven pores?

Please recommend any cosmetics or tools.
