How to move your mobile address book to a new phone

The address book is stored in my old cell phone, but it's hard to move it daily because there are quite a lot of address books.

The agency used to do it for me before.

I forgot to tell you when I bought a new phone.

How can I move my address book comfortably if I just do it by myself?
