Do you have to do aerobic exercise when you're on a diet?

It's so hard to run for more than 30 minutes that I was wondering if I could replace it with muscle exercise.

pu1. If it's for the purpose of losing weight, you have to do aerobic exercise, but you have to do it for more than 30 minutes to lose weight. You can't do less than that. It's hard for me too, but I keep doing it.

So if you focus on anaerobic exercise, it's about 20 minutes short and strong. 3 days a week
