Do you get a call whether I can put my resume in the company job posting or not?

I'm preparing to get a job, but I applied because a job recruitment was posted by a company I liked. It's only been a day, but I'm just curious.

I wonder if I usually get a call if I put in my resume or if I fail the document, I don't get a call at all. It depends on the company, but how is it usually?
