I have a question when I work part-

When I work part-time, I ask for help because I'm busy during shifts, but it happens almost every time, not once or twice.

It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour more, but is it a fixed hourly wage per day? Daily pay? It's not like you're paying an hourly wage to help over the limit because it's set together.

Is it right for everyone to help this much?
