If I'm in the freezer, can I eat it even after the expiration date?

Everyone piles up food in the freezer.

I saw today that the expiration date of dumplings has passed a month. Has everyone passed this much?

What do you do after this? I didn't open the bag at all, so it's a waste to throw it away.Can I just eat it?
