The reason why PC stops when you connect your smartphone and PC to create a folder

I'm an Android phone user using the Galaxy S7 and connect this phone and computer, go into a folder inside the phone, and create a folder in it, and Windows Explorer stops and goes down.

Whenever that happens, it is connected by forcibly unplugging the USB and then reconnecting it. It's uncomfortable to do this every time, so how can I not have a problem?
